Brit West
One of our favorite Cowgirl designers is Brit West. She brings a whole new meaning to leather. Here is her story…
After years of outfitting and ranching I began collecting old saddles and bridles, intrigued with the dark, rich, vintage leather and silver. Out of this love has sprung a creative, and heartfelt journey that takes me to barns and saddle shops, seeking the old 1800’s teamster driving reins, and retired cowboy leather. This job requires weeks of reclaiming, cleaning, skiving, sanding and sealing to produce the cuffs, hatbands, and belts. From choosing rough turquoise from the mines in Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico, to working with various American artist with our visions, our products showcase the love and dedication it takes to be 100% handcrafted. We strive to produce classic, timelessness Western art. Focusing on what we choose to create, and gratefulness for our abundance, is the key to success. Thank you so much for visiting. Made in the USA, better yet, made in Wyoming!
